Each week during staff meetings, student performance is reviewed, and the entire team offers input and suggestions as to how to assist students in achieving goals and meeting expectations. Outside resources are accessed as needed to provide support to the student. The school maintains close ties with the Caldwell County Department of Social Services, the Department of Juvenile Justice, the Caldwell County Sheriff's Department, the Caldwell County judicial system, mental health services, and other agencies.
